Scott Hodges, CRS*, GRI* has marketed real estate in the Brookings community since 1977 and has been a top selling agent from the start, becoming a multi-million dollar producer annually from his first full year in real estate. In 1983, he co-founded the firm, Coldwell Banker Hodges & Brooks, Inc. REALTORS (now Best Choice Real Estate).

Scott closed over 14 million in sales in 2009 assisting over 90 families with their real estate sales and purchases. His career sales total nearly 2,400 properties with cumulative sales volume of over $178 million dollars.

Scott specializes in listing and selling single family homes, recreational property, acreages, and income producing properties. He has a thorough knowledge of property value, real estate finance, sub-division development and new construction.
